2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

• Provide accurate student and contact information
• Ensure pickup/dropoff locations are safe and accessible
• Keep contact information current for notifications
• Supervise children at designated pickup/dropoff points

4. Driver Responsibilities

• Maintain valid driver's license and required certifications
• Keep the app active during trips for accurate tracking
• Follow safe driving practices
• Verify student identity during pickup/dropoff
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations

5. Transportation Company Responsibilities

• Verify driver qualifications and background checks
• Maintain safe and properly insured vehicles
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations
• Respond to parent inquiries and concerns

6. Location Services

Drivers must enable location services during active trips. This data is used to provide real-time tracking to parents and is not used for any other purpose.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with the service's operation

8. Limitation of Liability

Motion TSS provides a tracking and communication platform. We are not responsible for the actual transportation services, which are provided by independent transportation companies. We do not guarantee the accuracy of location data or the timeliness of notifications.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will notify users of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
