Request deletion of your personal data from Motion TSS
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, email us with the following information:
Information to Include
Please include the following in your email:
- Your full name (as it appears in the app)
- Email address associated with your account
- Phone number (if applicable)
- Account type (Parent, Driver, or Administrator)
Delete from the App
You can also delete your account directly from the Motion TSS app:
- Open the Motion TSS app
- Go to Settings
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
What Gets Deleted
For Parents:
- Account information (name, email, phone)
- Student information you provided
- Trip history and notifications
For Drivers:
- Account information (name, email, phone)
- Profile information
- Trip history and location data
Data Retention
Some data may be retained for legal or safety compliance:
- Trip logs required for safety investigations
- Records required by transportation regulations
- Data needed for legal proceedings
Note: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your account and all associated data. To use Motion TSS again, you will need to create a new account.
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
